COMMERCIAL CLIENT SERVICE RATES
Effective June 1st, 2026
These rates reflect service calls performed within our regular operating hours:
8:30AM & 4:30PM, Monday - Thursday
Tier 1 - Preferred Customer, $120/hr
Preferred Customer rates are available to clients who purchased their espresso equipment through Harmony Coffee Service. Bench testing and installation are included with qualifying equipment purchases. Preferred rates remain valid for the life of the machine under original ownership and apply during regular operating hours only.
Tier 2 - Standard Customer, $140/hr
Standard Customer rates apply to clients whose equipment was not purchased through Harmony Coffee Service but who use us for ongoing maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services.
Tier 3 - Inspection & Third Party Installation
In-Shop Used Equipment Inspection: $250/hr
Third-Party Equipment Installation: $250/hr, 4-hour minimum
Tier 3 rates apply to equipment not originally purchased through Harmony Coffee Service. This includes machines purchased secondhand, through private sales, online marketplaces, auctions, or installations arranged through third parties.
If a client brings in a used machine for inspection and approves the recommended repairs, all inspection and repair labor is billed at the Tier 3 rate of $250/hr. If Harmony Coffee Service also performs the installation, installation labor is billed at the same Tier 3 rate. Once installation is complete, future routine maintenance and service visits transition to Tier 2 rates.
TRAVEL RATES
Travel Rates are billed at the same hourly rate as the appropriate Service Tier, with a 15 minute minimum
All travel is billed from the Harmony Shop in Mount Vernon to site location
Travel time is charged in full on the outbound trip only. Up to one hour of the return trip is included. If the return trip exceeds one hour, the difference is charged.

*PAYMENT IS DUE UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE.
*COMMERCIAL BUSINESS SERVICE CALLS ARE A MINIMUM ONE HOUR CHARGE.
*ALL TIME IS ROUNDED UP TO THE NEAREST 15 MINUTES.
*TRAVEL TIME IS CHARGED IN FULL ON THE OUTBOUND TRIP. UP TO ONE HOUR OF THE RETURN TRIP IS INCLUDED. IF THE RETURN TRIP EXCEEDS ONE HOUR, THE DIFFERENCE IS CHARGED.
