Harmony Coffee Service was founded by Byron Betts, who has been in the specialty coffee industry for nearly 15 years.

Through that time, he has owned and operated a coffee roasting company, worked for coffee equipment and parts companies, directed an education department for a large coffee roasting company, consulted on numerous cafe designs and layouts, and focused heavily on equipment install and service.

He has been trained by manufacturers to work on coffee brewing equipment, including La Marzocco, Synesso, Nuova Simonelli, Bunn, and others.

Harmony Coffee Service is a proud member of the Specialty Coffee Association and the Coffee Technicians Guild.

Our core tenet is to provide our customers with exceptional customer service and support.

With every service call, we look beyond what is currently the problem, and figure out what is causing the issue to prevent it from happening again.

Harmony was founded in order to provide outstanding equipment tech services to Skagit Valley area businesses, so that you don’t have to call someone from Seattle or beyond.
